These terms govern use of gmail-prepass ("the app"), operated by Ryan Leary.
The app is a personal-use tool intended solely for the operator's own Gmail account. It is not offered as a commercial service.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, or any loss of data, arising from use of or inability to use the app.
The app and these terms may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
